Program scope NovaUric provides health education, coaching, tracking, and organizational support. The program does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or replace a licensed healthcare professional.

What the program can include

  • An online health and lifestyle assessment to organize baseline information.
  • Dated uric acid, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, waist, sleep, water, and activity records when members choose to enter them.
  • Trend charts that make changes easier to review over time.
  • Healthy eating guidelines and customized breakfast, lunch, and dinner blueprints within the program's educational scope.
  • Sleep, hydration, exercise, and daily checklist goals assigned through the member portal.
  • Health, dietary structure, and exercise reports uploaded by authorized staff.

How a consultation is organized

  1. Share your goal. Explain what you want help organizing, such as uric acid history, sleep consistency, food planning, or daily routines.
  2. Complete the assessment. Provide only information you are comfortable sharing and review the privacy notice before submission.
  3. Review the available record. The advisor looks at the information within the program's scope and identifies practical education and tracking priorities.
  4. Set manageable actions. Daily checklists and plans are selected to make follow-through visible and realistic.
  5. Coordinate professional care. Questions requiring diagnosis, treatment, medication changes, or medical nutrition therapy should be directed to an appropriately licensed professional.

What to prepare

Bring or upload only records that are relevant to your goal. Useful information may include dated laboratory results, a current medication and supplement list, home-device records with units, recent sleep or water logs, and questions for your healthcare professional.

Do not delay urgent care while waiting for a wellness consultation. Severe pain, rapidly increasing swelling, fever, breathing difficulty, confusion, or other urgent symptoms require prompt medical attention.
